  • Pod visitor data: Anonymous visitor behavior on pod websites (page views, interactions)

  • To generate AI-assisted email drafts and campaign recommendations
  • To process outreach sequences and reply handling
  • To provide analytics and insights on campaign performance

3. AI Processing

SmartAssist uses AI models (including OpenAI and other providers) to generate email content, classify replies, and provide recommendations. Your data may be sent to these providers for processing. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and implement access controls to protect your data. Email credentials and API keys are encrypted at rest.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

  • AI providers (OpenAI, DeepSeek) for content generation — under strict data processing agreements
  • Infrastructure providers (Google Cloud, Backblaze) for hosting and storage
  • Payment processors (Stripe) for billing
  • Law enforcement, if required by law

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Pod websites use a visitor identification cookie (pod_vid) for analytics purposes. No third-party tracking cookies are used by default.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
